The 38th ICR seminar was held at the University of Tsukuba on Thursday November 30. The talks covered topics ranging from basic knowledge of DOI and how to use it to advice to professors who wish to release academic papers from University of Tsukuba Press. Although time was limited, we were able to hear very valuable information.
