Professor Tsujinaka, director of ICR attended meeting held at Peking University in August 12.
He made a speech titled “Neighborhood Associations and Governance in Japan: Self-governance, Social Capital, Social Networks, and Local Governance based on the national survey”. The meeting had about 50 participants:graduate students, students, and researchers.
