Summary:

After the Chinese Economic Reform (State power easily been used for the desires of individual leaders, not allowing restraint of power, monopolization of state-owned enterprises, state-owned system of land, state capitalism, and party capitalism) new political and economic systems of China had given their citizens market space which made Chinese economic development possible.  However problems that had occurred along with economic development were left unresolved.  For example, difference of poverty and wealth, environmental destruction, and treatment of laborers (freedom of association, freedom of family registration, freedom of speech, and right to know) are in serious situations. The time has come the state administration to change their focus on development of public welfare (human freedom, dignity, equality rights without discrimination, resistance right to state power, and freedom of conscience) rather than economic prosperity (GDP-centered economic development).  Solving those three problems are their immediate issues.  If China could solve and carry out reforms of the problems such as abandonment of national-led economic growth strategy, abandonment of state-owned enterprises monopoly with thorough remodeling, full liberalization of the RMB exchange rate, privatization of land ownership, freedom of association, freedom of speech publishing, elimination of family register discrimination, and many other problem fields, a full-scale development and prosperity will come true and a real peace relationship will be established with neighboring countries.
