The ICR is holding a workshop titled “New Landscapes in Theoretical Computational Linguistics” on October 14-16 at Ohio State University Jennings Hall Room 040, cosponsoring with the OSU.
This workshop is planned to commemorate the Department of Linguistics’ past half-century at Ohio State University, and in particular, to highlight the emphasis on formal methods and mathematical and logical rigor which has contributed to the Department’s status as one of the world’s premier graduate programs in this field.
The organizers are Dr. Yusuke Kubota (University of Tsukuba) and Dr. Robert Levine (Ohio State University).
