On June 9th, the ICR Director, Prof. Yutaka Tsujinaka gave a lecture and was appointed Visiting Professor at the subsequent Appointment Ceremony held at Southwest University, Chongqing, China.     The title of the lecture was “International Japanese Studies as Innovation of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences: Local Governance in Japan and Asia”.  The lecture was given in Japanese.
