Professor Tsujinaka the chairman of ICR had attended the Taiwan & Japan Research Joint Forum on March 21.
Taiwan & Japan Research Joint Forum was held at School of International Secretariat, Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
It is the first time in Taiwan to gather bears of Japanese Research Centers at major universities.
Professor Tsujinaka was invited by Ma Ying-jeou and made a representative speech at the Governor-General of Taiwan.
Also he gave an keynote speech on “Looking at the future from comparative of civil societies in Taiwan, Japan and China”.
