Open Symposium “Creation of Studies of West Asian Civilizations 2: What Ancient Western Asian Civilizations Conveyed to the Present Age”

On March 3 and 4 we are going to hold an open symposium titled “Creation of Studies of West Asian Civilizations 2: What Ancient Western Asian Civilizations Conveyed to the Present Age”. We are looking forward for your participations!

Though the image of confusion and danger has settled in Middle East and Western Asia World, it used to be the most advanced area that led the world civilization, such as starting agriculture, developing city civilization, inventing letters, disseminating world religion and so on.  For settlement and reconciliation rather than confrontation and division, we are strongly being demanded to revive various contributions that ancient West Asian civilization created which became the cornerstone of contemporary civilization to the present age and reconsider the contemporary civilization.

We decided to hold this open symposium for the general public to return our research results to society to give a hint to solve the issues.

Date: March 3 (Fri) 10:00-17:10

      March 4 (Sat) 9:00-18:00

Place: Ikebukuro Sun Shine City Bunka Kaikan 7th floor conference room 705

Fee: Free (130 seats, first come first served)

We will distribute our proceedings to those who attended the symposium.
